Before stepping into the world of fitness, I spent eight years as a secondary school science teacher. My background in education has taught me the value of patience, adaptability, and celebrating progress—skills that now enrich my work as a personal trainer.
As a mum, I understand the demands of balancing family life with personal goals. I’ve been there—juggling sleepless nights, endless to-do lists, and the desire to carve out time for myself. My own journey inspired me to help other women feel empowered, not just physically but mentally and emotionally, through fitness.
