All prices also apply to pre and post natal training unless on maternity leave (see below).
For post natal training, babies are welcome in their pram, car seat or carrier.
1-1 personal training
£40 per hour session
Block of 6 - £216 - 10% saving per session
Block of 12 - £360 - 25% saving per session
Maternity leave discount
£25 per hour session - 37.5% discount!
What’s included?
A FREE consultation either over the phone or in person at a location most suitable to you, which will give us a chance to chat through your training history, goals and timescales. It will also be an opportunity for you to ask me any questions to help you decide if I am a good fit for you. The most important thing to me is that you feel comfortable working with me.
Once we are working together I will also provide you with a ‘cheat sheet’ of exercises that you can use to put together workouts at home or in the gym outside of our sessions that can fit around your daily commitments.
Throughout our time training together, I will also be available outside of our sessions to answer any questions you may have.
Group training
1-2 group training - £50 per session
1-3 group training - £60 per session
What’s included?
For group sessions, you will each need to have a consultation (free) with me prior to your first session. As with individual training, this will be an informal chat to discuss your training history, goals and timescales.
Sessions will be tailored to meet the overall goals of the group and are a great way to help build your confidence in the gym or simply to fit in some socialising while working out!
Small group classes
Mum and baby classes
45 minute small group carrier fitness classes for mum and baby - £7.50 per class
This low impact class is suitable for all abilities, whether you are getting back into fitness, looking to switch up your routine or to just get out the house and meet other mums on similar journeys!
Mondays and Tuesdays, 10am.
Mum and bump classes
45 minute small group exercise class for pregnant women - £7.50 per class
This low impact, pregnancy safe class is suitable for women in all trimesters no matter your previous exercise history.
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6pm
